November 2011 Statistical Reports for Mercer Island, Seattle, Eastside and King County

November pending sales were 22.4% higher in King County than the same time last year. Average sales prices of Single Family Homes were down 8% (Condo prices were down 17%). Interest rates are currently hoovering around 4%. Could it be an early sign of a strong 2012 Spring market?
