October 2013 Real Estate Activity Report for King County, Seattle, Eastside and Mercer Island

All regions are benefiting from strong year-over-year price gains with higher average and median sales prices posted in Seattle, the Eastside, Mercer Island and King County as a whole. This month shows solid increases in the dollars per square foot and continued strength in the absorption rate of homes pended as compared to the number of homes for sale in the market.
