The Seattle Metro market is still on fire—outpacing the rest of the Puget Sound region for the month of November—with an absorption rate of 63.5% of all available homes for sale. In addition to Seattle, the Eastside, Mercer Island and King County all experienced the strongest November in any of the past five years as reflected by higher sales prices, higher list-to-sale price ratios, lower months of inventory for sale, and higher absorption rates. We indeed have much to be thankful for!
