The Seattle-Metro market posted the strongest trending year-over-year numbers while the Eastside and King County trailed along right behind. Mercer Island saw a tightening of the reigns in July in response to steep price increases throughout the year. Small market corrections make for steady and sustainable growth…which is a very good thing. .
